Yetunde Onifade

Welcome.

I‘m Yetunde, a BABCP- accredited CBT Therapist with an M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology and over 20 years of experience working across the NHS, Charity, and private sectors.

I’m passionate about supporting people with psychological difficulties, whether you are facing chronic pain, dyspraxia, or depression. I offer a compassionate, faith-informed space, grounded in your values.

Let’s connect in a free , no-pressure consultation call. It’s a chance for us to explore how we might work together towards your healing and growth.

I ‘m glad you're here.

I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and counselling to support adults living with a range of difficulties, particularly chronic pain, neurodiversity (such as dyspraxia), and those seeking to reconcile faith and mental health.

In our work together, you’ll find a safe, culturally sensitive space where you can explore life’s challenges without fear of judgment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, or feeling overwhelmed by the emotional impact of a long-term condition, I’m here to help you develop practical tools and lasting strategies for wellbeing.

I know how isolating it can feel when others just don’t get it. But you don’t have to go through this alone.

Together, we can:
✔️ Face your fears with courage
✔️ Break unhelpful patterns
✔️Apply new insights to everyday life

I believe that change is possible, and with the right support and commitment, healing is real. If you’re looking for a therapist who understands your unique story and offers a faith-aware, neurodiversity-affirming approach, I’m here to support you.
